Campaign Terms & Conditions

• The offer applies to customers who lease commercial vehicles for a duration of 12 to 36 months. It is subject to stock and availability.
• As part of the campaign, Avis will cover the entire cost of the SRC 2 certificate, exam fee, and course fee for your employees who hold a valid driver's license, up to the number of leased vehicles. A total amount of TRY 3,500 will be deducted from your initial payment.
• A direct debiting (DBS) account will be used for the payments. The Finance Unit of Otokoç will determine the lease rate for the relevant DBS account after reviewing your financial data.
• The campaign is valid until 31.12.2024
• Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş reserves the right to change the vehicle models, lease prices, and whether or not to lease.
• The actualization of the offer is be contingent upon a positive evaluation of your company's financial data.
• The vehicle prices remain valid for a period of 3 days starting from the offer date and are subject to availability.
• A price offer does not imply any commitment on the part of Avis to lease the vehicle offered. The final decision regarding the leasing rests solely with Avis.
• Avis prepares the offer based on current prices and economic conditions and reserves the right to revise the price offer in case of any changes in the economy or the costs.
• Once the offer is accepted, the terms of the lease will be established through a contract to be signed by and between the parties involved.
• Offer includes Damage Coverage (Automobile Insurance), All Periodic Maintenance, Annual Banderole (MTV) Fees, Compulsory Traffic Insurance Fees, and Theft Coverage. Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş will provide a new set of tires every 50,000 kilometers.
• Otokoç Otomotiv San. Tic. A.Ş. will assume full responsibility for all damages covered by the Damage (Automobile Insurance) Coverage, contingent to the submission of a damage assessment report or an official police/gendarme report. The offer includes mini coverage (minor damage repair upon statement).
• The vehicles are delivered and can be returned to the provinces agreed upon with Avis.
• The vehicle must have a commercial registration.
